Job summary

PVH in Chicago seeks a Cloud telephony technician to consult with clients, design detailed call flows, and manage end-to-end delivery from concept through go-live.

You will implement projects, test multi-stage activations, provide training, and assist with pre-sales support and knowledge-base improvements. The role requires strong communication, office-based work, and experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in implementation roles using cloud telephony or similar technologies.
• Confident technician working with portal-based telephony systems.
• Key accounts experience preferable.
• Familiarity communicating, supporting and consulting clients and account management via phone or email.
• Office-based working experience.
• Experience working to KPIs/set metrics.
• Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office suite.
• Number porting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients regarding alternative solutions to their telephony setup.
• Create detailed client-friendly call flow maps.
• Accurately implement and test projects going live.
• Provide technical assistance to account management support teams.
• Offer training and support capacity with complex casework.
