Job summary

Teleflora seeks an experienced IT professional to provide system administration and technical leadership for Teleflora’s cloud-based contact center, telephony, and collaboration platforms. You will collaborate with stakeholders to design effective solutions that meet customer and operational needs.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with cloud applications, Teams, and AI-enabled tools, and will participate in 24x7 on-call support for mission-critical multi-site environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years equivalent work experience.
• Solid proficiency in supporting cloud based applications such as Nice UserHub administration, Studio scripting, and other SaaS telephony and contact center applications.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications including Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational support to cloud based telephony systems (Teams Phones Admin, SaaS contact center, and related technologies).
• Ensure quality testing and user acceptance prior to production implementation.
• Develop reporting for the contact center and monitor data changes with proactive guidance to analysts.
• Maintain security measures for online and premise based systems.
• Provide 7x24 on-call support and coordinate project activities with focus on timelines and quality.
