Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects within the Cloud Expansion portfolio in the US. You will plan requirements with internal customers and shepherd programs through the full lifecycle with a focus on schedule, risk, and stakeholder communication.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, program governance, and collaboration with product and engineering leaders to drive business objectives and scalable cloud deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in technical program management.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve scale and speed of cloud expansion by 15%, advocate and procure investment decisions, drive programs with large cross-functional effort.
• Utilize an accurate view of the status, risk, and outlook of the program portfolio and institute systematic risk management.
• Partner with product and engineering senior leadership to meet business objectives.
• Orchestrate across a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders (technical and non-technical).
• Resolve escalations and escalate further as required.
