Job summary

Oracle is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead large cross-functional programs within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. You will partner with engineering, product, and business teams to drive planning, execution, and delivery while handling risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.

The role emphasizes understanding cloud technologies and software development lifecycles, with a strong focus on driving programs rather than coding.

Qualifications

8+ years of Technical Program Management experience leading enterprise software or cloud infrastructure projects.
Experience managing complex cross-functional programs from planning through delivery.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile/SAFe).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead large technical programs across multiple engineering teams.
Drive project planning, execution, milestones, and delivery.
Manage risks, dependencies, priorities, and resource planning.
Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to keep projects on track.
Coordinate incident response and help drive technical issue resolution when needed.
Improve processes, automate workflows, and implement best practices.
