Job summary

WinsAbove is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) focused on ensuring customer success with our comprehensive suite of products. This role involves providing hands-on technical services, supporting product adoption, and maximizing Datadog’s value for clients. The ideal candidate has a solid technical background in IT Operations and experience in cloud environments.

The position offers a hybrid work model and competitive salary between $101,000 - $147,000 USD based on experience, plus extensive employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Solid technical grounding and hands-on experience with IT Operations.
• Confident in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Comfortable with scripting languages like Python, Javascript, Ruby, etc.

Responsibilities

• Advise on technical support and product adoption for customers.
• Analyze customer IT Operations environment regularly.
• Be the customer's advocate by suggesting product adoption and configuration.

Skills

Technical grounding in IT Operations

Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP

Scripting languages (Python, Javascript, etc.)

Using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Gitlab)

Containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)

Experience as a Technical Account Manager

Using Datadog or other cloud monitoring tools
