Job summary

You will work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, build pipelines, and evaluate candidates with strong analytical skills. Excellent communication and modern sourcing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruiting in high-volume environments.
• Experience with cloud technologies or cloud roles is a plus.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify candidates for cloud computing, software development, and infrastructure roles.
• Utilize sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical platforms.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team culture.
• Screen and evaluate candidates against role requirements.
• Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reporting on pipeline health.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy.
• Represent Amazon at recruiting events and conferences.
