Amazon's Dedicated Cloud Region Services Recruiting team is seeking a Sourcing Recruiter to identify and attract top technical talent for cloud computing and infrastructure roles, leveraging advanced sourcing strategies and metrics-driven processes. You will work with hiring managers to understand requirements, build robust pipelines, assess candidates, and represent Amazon at industry events.

This role requires 3+ years of technical recruiting and familiarity with modern sourcing platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruiting in high-volume environments.
• Experience recruiting for cloud computing, software development, and infrastructure roles.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for cloud computing, software development, and infrastructure roles
• Utilize sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical platforms
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team culture
• Screen and evaluate candidates' qualifications against role requirements
• Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reporting on pipeline health
• Maintain ATS data accuracy
• Represent Amazon at recruiting events and tech conferences
