Job summary

First Onsite Property Restoration is seeking a Systems Engineer to monitor and secure its cloud and on‑premises environment across AWS and Azure. You will lead incidents, design scalable infrastructure, and champion IaC using Terraform and CloudFormation while collaborating with Dev and Security teams.

Responsibilities include administering Windows Server, AD, M365, and ServiceNow ITSM, driving migrations, and enhancing monitoring, reliability, and security across the tech stack.

Qualifications

• 6+ years designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise systems.
• 4+ years managing Windows Server, virtualization, Azure, M365, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
• 4+ years migrating emails, files, and systems to cloud solutions.
• 2+ years administering ITIL-based ticketing systems and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or equivalent experience; ITIL Foundation, AWS/Azure certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide escalation support to the Service Desk and vendor partners for technical issues.
• Monitor and improve security and compliance across Office 365, Azure, ServiceNow, RingCentral, and other systems.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows Servers, Active Directory, and cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
• Manage and develop knowledge bases, ITSM platforms (ServiceNow), and infrastructure integration projects.
• Own and resolve incidents, changes, problems, and system migrations, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Lead M365 tenant-to-tenant email and data migrations; integrate infrastructure systems and SaaS applications into the M365 ecosystem.
