Job summary

First State Bank is seeking a knowledgeable Systems & Cloud Administrator to support and maintain the Bank's technology infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, cloud technologies, and network resources. This role emphasizes security, reliability, and efficient IT operations for employees and customers.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of systems administration experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Degree, certification, or equivalent experience in IT preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of systems administration experience.
• Experience with Windows Server environments, virtualization, and enterprise workstations.
• Demonstrated experience administering Microsoft 365 services.
• Strong communication and ability to work with technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Bank employees.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system-related issues.
• Perform software updates, patch management, and system backups.
• Monitor and maintain workstation, server, and infrastructure health.
• Support and administer virtual server environments.
• Monitor network activity, performance, and security.
• Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities.
• Administer Microsoft 365 technologies including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Maintain accurate system documentation, configurations, and procedures.
• Evaluate and recommend technology improvements to enhance operations.
