First Federal Savings Bank is hiring an IT Administrator to manage technology systems, troubleshoot issues, and support staff across the organization.

The ideal candidate will stay current with emerging technology and security trends, identify efficiency opportunities, and build strong relationships with employees and technology partners. Associates degree and/or IT experience required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and/or two to four years related IT experience, or equivalent combination.
• Education/job experience must pertain to Information Technology.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot servers, networks, workstations, and virtual environments (e.g., Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, Hyper‑V).
• Deploy system updates, patches, and new hardware/software with security testing before production.
• Administer and support core banking systems to ensure 24×7 availability.
• Manage backup, recovery, and DR testing.
