Job Description:

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Cloud Services Operations Admin that will work in support 24x7 Operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Account management of day-to-day operations for onboarding new users, internal user base and user account life cycle.
  • Adding and removing users and granting permissions.
  • Engaging with appropriate stakeholders to identify and support focus areas to meet customer SLAs.
  • Account Provisioning/User Licensing.

Here's what you need:

  • 3+ years of experience providing account management support of day-to-day operations to meet customer SLAs.
  • 3+ years of experience providing Tier 1-2 Customer Support.
  • 3+ years of experience performing analysis on cloud-scale datasets to provide service engineers with insights needed to perform effective vulnerability remediation and proper configuration.
  • Must have a valid U.S. passport.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages.

Security Clearance:

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required to start.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits. You can find more information on benefits here. We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.

The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:

$83,900 — $170,200 USD
