  • Automating manual processes to enhance customer experience.

  • Assisting with workstation patching, software packaging, and deployment.
  • Adopting Agile practices, including Scrum work planning and tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in a helpdesk role; 2+ years in a senior capacity.
  • Certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Desktop Administrator, Azure AD experience.
  • Experience with Windows PowerShell, macOS Bash, JAMF, SCCM, Intune, and automation tools.

  • Knowledge of OS management, troubleshooting, patching, and security compliance.

Preferred:

  • Additional certifications like Network+, Security+, MS-900, and specialized JAMF certifications.

  • Supporting onboarding, AV setups, and executive support.
  • Managing assets, security, and compliance via ServiceNow and other tools.
  • Participating in projects and research for issue resolution.
