Job summary

Dunhill Government Solutions is seeking a Cloud Support Business Analyst in Reston, VA for an on-site role supporting a federal cloud services program.

Responsibilities include validating cloud account and tenant requests, maintaining procedures and training materials, and coordinating with multiple programs to keep operations smooth. This position requires 12x5 shifts (Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM) and does not offer telework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years of professional experience.
• 2+ years with the Microsoft suite — Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams are essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to operate autonomously with minimal supervision; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service focus, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgment selecting methods to reach a solution, with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with customers, users and project leads on IT business applications and systems.
• General understanding of business process configuration and process flows.
• Must be open to shift work — 12x5 coverage is required, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• On-site role; telework is not available. Travel is not required.

This is a full-time, on-site role validating cloud account, tenant and service requests and keeping the procedures and training material behind them accurate and current. No security clearance is required.

Compensation: $21.63 to $25.48 per hour, full time, 40 hours per week.
