Job summary

Nationwide Technology seeks a Technology Engineer to deliver secure technology products across data, systems, storage, middleware, network, security, and contact center tech. You’ll enable self-service cloud environments and support governance initiatives while educating and empowering development teams.

You’ll work in a hybrid model, collaborating with BSA teams and incident response, with ongoing emphasis on learning and certification to grow.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in computer science, MIS or related field preferred.
• Industry knowledge in insurance or financial services is a plus.
• Strong communication and planning skills required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver secure technology solutions aligned to architectural standards and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with teams to support cloud products and self-service capabilities.
• Provide production support and participate in incident and change management.
• Assist with governance initiatives including IAM and KMS considerations.
• Pursue relevant certifications and expand technical knowledge.
