Job summary

Nationwide Technology is seeking an experienced Technology Engineer to join our team. You will deliver standard and custom technology products aligned with Nationwide architecture, roadmaps, and business needs, focusing on collaboration, data, systems, storage, middleware, network, security, and contact center tech.

You will also manage operational aspects and SLAs while contributing to capacity planning, incident management, and continuous improvement of environments.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in CS, MIS or related field preferred.
• Two+ years developing and implementing integrated solutions.
• Experience with IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and packaged solutions.
• Strong communication, planning and execution skills.
• Knowledge of Accelerated Solutions Delivery framework.

Responsibilities

• Drive capacity requirements to meet current and future needs.
• Apply secure software and systems engineering practices throughout delivery.
• Analyze reports to remediate capacity issues.
• Implement capacity enhancements.
• Support technology/product optimization, migrations and design.
• Maintain environments and perform proactive maintenance.
• Provide production support for technology platforms.
• Participate in incident management and change management.
