Job summary

SES Satellites seeks a Senior Engineer, Cloud and System Security to translate advanced security requirements into comprehensive technical concepts. You will lead project and BizDevOps teams to deliver resilient security solutions across cloud, system and application domains.

You will autonomously drive complex cybersecurity implementations, design secure architectures, and guide security controls leveraging cloud-native technologies and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science and a minimum of 10 years industry related experience in large heterogeneous environments
• Hands-on knowledge of managing system security risks and secure configuration standards
• Experience with MS Azure, Office 365, and Azure DevOps; familiarity with Windows, Linux, virtualization and containers

Responsibilities

• Translate security requirements and risks into technical security concepts
• Lead architects and BizDevOps teams on cyber security strategies and controls
• Design and document security architectures to mitigate risks in hybrid infrastructures
• Autonomously lead complex cyber security implementation projects
• Design, implement and automate cloud, system and application security controls
