Job summary

StratusGrid LLC is seeking a proactive, customer-facing operator to turn cloud-optimization into a scalable product experience within Stratusphere. You will onboard, adopt the platform, and guide customers through savings opportunities while translating feedback into product insights.

You will partner with Service Delivery, Product, Engineering, and Sales to reduce friction, accelerate value realization, and build trusted relationships with executives and project teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer success or account management.
• Ability to onboard customers and drive platform adoption.
• Experience coordinating across Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during onboarding and ongoing program engagement.
• Demonstrate Stratusphere value through demos, dashboard configuration, and enablement.
• Coordinate onboarding including environment integration and roles/responsibilities.
• Identify bottlenecks in approvals and help customers move faster.
• Deliver customer reporting, KPI dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Support PE firm reporting cadences and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Capture customer feedback and translate it into product insights.
• Prototype testing with AI tools and collect learnings for roadmap.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records and dashboards in systems.
