Google Cloud Strategy and Operations is seeking a Director to partner with the VP and drive the strategic agenda across the organization. You will lead critical initiatives, ensure operational excellence, and influence a wide range of stakeholders to shape the direction of Google Cloud.

The role requires strategic thinking, operational aptitude, and the ability to collaborate with leaders across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or a similar role in a technology company.

Responsabilités

• Lead the annual strategic planning process for the GCSO organization and manage the operational rhythm of the business.
• incubate and lead new strategic initiatives from conception to execution with data-driven insights.
• Act as a proxy for the Vice President in key meetings and prepare executive briefing materials.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities and ensure execution.
• Drive a culture of accountability and results across the organization.
