• Lead the annual strategic planning process for the GCSO organization, in partnership with the leadership team.Manage the operational rhythm of the business, including weekly leadership meetings, quarterly business reviews, and quarterly all-hands meetings.
• Incubate and lead new strategic initiatives from conception to execution.Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the leadership team to inform strategic and operational decisions.
• Act as a proxy for the Vice President in key internal and external meetings. Prepare briefing documents, presentations, and other materials for executive-level audiences.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment and execution of key priorities.
• Drive a culture of accountability and results across the organization.
