The Strategic Customers Engineering organization within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) sits at the center of the fastest-growing and most technically demanding part of the cloud: building at scale for the world’s leading AI innovators. What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Work directly on cross-organizational programs that cut across engineering, product, operations, capacity, and business teams.
• Operate at scale, coordinating milestones, dependencies, and execution across multiple OCI orgs for initiatives that impact both product and business outcomes.
• Bring teams across OCI toward a unified north star, ensuring alignment, visibility, and progress across all stakeholders.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear plans and measurable milestones, driving them from concept to launch.
• Serve as the connective tissue between teams, identifying gaps early, removing blockers, and maintaining steady execution.
• Build trusted partnerships with senior engineering and business leaders to drive initiatives forward with confidence.
