Job summary

Bitdeer Technologies Group is seeking a visionary Cloud SRE Architect to lead the design and evolution of the NeoCloud public cloud platform. You will own end-to-end architecture across CPU, GPU, RDS, storage, networking, and AI services to ensure global scalability, reliability, and performance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the cloud roadmap, optimize multi-region deployments, and deliver world-class infrastructure for large-scale AI and enterprise workloads.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of production SRE / platform-engineering / infra-architecture.
• Hands-on with GPU / AI-compute infrastructure including NVIDIA GPU ops (DCGM, MIG, vGPU).
• Multi-region observability at scale with metrics, logs, traces, and analytics-lake workflows.
• Kubernetes with GPU Operator and topology-aware scheduling experience.
• Data-center operations with ZTP, BMC/IPMI/Redfish, and multi-vendor OEM management.
• Strong DDD instincts: bounded contexts, public contracts, no shared databases.
• Plugin framework design experience: real extension framework with uniform manifest and lifecycle.
• Ability to author and maintain large architecture documents and concise executive briefs.
• Cross-team operating tempo: design reviews, runbook authorship, on-call shadowing, post-mortem facilitation.
• Hyperscale or NeoCloud experience.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture of the NeoCloud SRE platform across regions and data centers.
• Review framework-level changes and enforce design invariants.
• Define tier placement and residency rules across Edge, Regional, and Global layers.
• Coordinate with cloud-service teams and tenants on contracts and interfaces.
• Partner with Security on policy and risk-acceptance for platform features.
• Produce one-page designs for pre-flight roadmap items for new capabilities.
• Defend designs during reviews and avoid scope creep and one-off integrations.
