Job summary

Bitdeer is building an AI-operated GPU cloud with a multi-region data center fleet. This entry-level Software Engineer on the SRE/Monitoring Platform team contributes to the NeoCloud SRE platform—from design to production—under senior guidance.

You’ll ship components via GitOps+CI/CD, implement observability, and grow toward owning a sub-context within a year. You’ll gain exposure to monitoring, alerting, and SLOs, and participate in on-call as you progress toward independence.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of software engineering experience (new graduates welcome).
• Solid fundamentals in Go, Python, Java, or Rust; ability to write clean, tested code.
• CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, concurrency, basic networking, OS concepts.
• Distributed systems basics: idempotency, retries, back-pressure, caching, eventual consistency.

Responsibilities

• Build components for the NeoCloud SRE platform from design to production.
• Write tests and contribute to a GitOps+CI/CD workflow.
• Instrument services with metrics, logs, and traces; build dashboards.
• Participate in on-call as shadow before taking primary responsibility.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to own a sub-context within 12 months.
