Qualifications

8+ years in IT/DevOps/SRE with 3+ years in a technical leadership or senior role.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field; AWS certifications preferred.
Practical experience with ML/AI-driven developer experiences is a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive the team towards excellence in the solutions they develop and deliver.
Manage and monitor team efficiency, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and promote engineering best practices.
Develop relationships with stakeholders and manage priorities and delivery.
Architect, provision, and maintain cloud resources using Terraform and enterprise platforms.
Set SLIs/SLOs and monitor error budgets for balance of release and reliability.
