Our client, a leader in cloud solutions, is seeking a Cloud Solutions Support Specialist to join their team. This role involves supporting Azure and M365 services within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset.

Position Details

• Location: Remote, PST Hours
• Duration: 18 Month Contract
• Pay Range: $45 - $48/hour

Responsibilities

1. Provide technical assistance regarding software and hardware operations.
2. Handle customer support calls and manage tier 3 escalations.
3. Conduct troubleshooting and research to resolve issues.
4. Collaborate on projects with team members and partners.
5. Maintain records of transactions and actions taken.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years in technical customer service within technology.
• Minimum 4+ years experience with Azure or M365.
• Technical competence with Microsoft BackOffice Technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple cases.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
