Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses seeks a Cloud Engineering Leader to oversee cloud initiatives and application development across Product and Matrix teams. You will guide architecture, infrastructure, and cloud-native solutions, directing projects that leverage low-code/no-code platforms and mobile app development.

You will drive cloud optimization, mentor software developers, and collaborate with cross-functional IT and business stakeholders to align technology with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, IT or engineering field with 4–6 years of software engineering, application development or IT experience and 2+ years of management experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 7–9+ years of software engineering or IT experience and 4+ years of management experience.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-native apps.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms and mobile app development.
• Expertise in DevOps and Agile methodologies with a continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, IT or any engineering field with 4 to 6 years of experience in software engineering, application development or relevant IT experience and 2 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 to 9 plus years of experience in software engineering, application development or relevant IT experience and 4 plus years management experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's degree


• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, i.e., AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, etc.


• Strong knowledge of cloud-native applications, low code/no code platforms, and mobile app development


• Expertise in DevOps and agile methodologies with strong continuous improvement mindset


• Experience working in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment of food/beverage products
