Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking an experienced Cloud/IT Leader to oversee cloud initiatives and application development for Product and Matrix teams. You will guide architecture, infrastructure, and projects leveraging cloud-native and low-code/no-code platforms, mobile apps, and system integration.

The role requires strong cloud expertise across AWS/Azure/Google Cloud, DevOps, and a track record of managing software teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or related field with 4–6 years in software engineering or IT and 2+ years in management.
• Alternative: High School Diploma with 7–9+ years in software engineering/IT and 4+ years management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cloud initiatives and application development, directing projects using cloud-native, low-code/no-code platforms, mobile apps, and integration.
• Lead cloud infrastructure development using IaaS and PaaS platforms.
• Manage day-to-day operations of software developers, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Collaborate with IT, Product teams and business stakeholders to address tech needs.
• Drive cloud optimization focusing on cost, performance, and security.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend new tools aligned with business goals.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities

• Oversee the company's Cloud Initiatives and Application Development, managing the architecture and infrastructure for Product and Matrix teams while directing projects that utilize cloud-native, low-code/no-code platforms, mobile app development, and application integration


• Lead cloud infrastructure development using IaaS and PaaS platforms


• Manage day-to-day operations of software developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support


• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, Product teams, and business stakeholders to address technology needs and opportunities


• Drive cloud optimization initiatives, focusing on cost-efficiency, performance, and security


• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend new tools or platforms aligned with business goals


• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, IT or any engineering field with 4 to 6 years of experience in software engineering, application development or relevant IT experience and 2 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 to 9 plus years of experience in software engineering, application development or relevant IT experience and 4 plus years management experience

Preferred Education and Experience

• Master’s degree


• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, i.e., AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, etc.


• Strong knowledge of cloud-native applications, low code/no code platforms, and mobile app development


• Expertise in DevOps and agile methodologies with strong continuous improvement mindset


• Experience working in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment of food/beverage products
