Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a world-class technical leader to head a team of specialist solution architects (SSA) focused on cloud operations and GTM initiatives. You will build technical leadership, engage partners and customers, and drive growth for cloud-based infrastructure management solutions from AWS.

This role emphasizes strategic collaboration with sales and service teams to accelerate adoption.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of managing a technical team of solution architects, sales engineers or similar technical roles experience.
• Experience architecting/operating solutions built on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of specialist solution architects and drive go-to-market initiatives.
• Build technical thought leadership for customer enablement and partner programs.
• Foster C-level relationships and drive revenue growth through AWS services.
• Collaborate with AWS service teams to innovate and scale cloud-based solutions.
