Temporal Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager, Solutions Architecture to lead a team in the United States. The role focuses on building, coaching, and scaling a high-performing pre-sales technical team that showcases the value of Temporal’s cloud service to prospects and customers.

The ideal candidate has a deep technical background and experience leading solutions-oriented teams. They will partner closely with Sales leadership to drive consistent execution and explore the technical advantages of our platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Proven success in open-source developer tools or infrastructure software.
• Strong technical background with distributed systems or microservices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Solutions Architects for Scale and Enterprise accounts.
• Partner with Sales to execute comprehensive account strategies.
• Maintain a hands-on understanding of Temporal’s product and roadmap.
