Job summary

Temporal Technologies is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to act as the primary customer-facing technical leader within the Growth team for the Eastern region. You will guide prospects and customers in evaluating Temporal’s platform, showcase cloud service advantages, and own the technical relationship with key decision-makers.

You will partner with Sales to size opportunities, expand production deployments, and influence technology choices across customer environments.

Qualifications

• Excellent technical communication with prospects and customers.
• Deep understanding of distributed system design and patterns.
• Experience with cloud platforms and production environments.
• Ability to advise on architecture and application patterns for scale.
• Collaborates with sales to size opportunities and define technical fit.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with prospects to determine fit for Temporal's platform.
• Educate customers on technical benefits and limitations of Temporal.
• Position Temporal against competing technologies and patterns.
• Foster adoption and expansion of Temporal in production environments.
• Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute account plans.
• Manage relationships with technical decision-makers to maximize value.
