Job summary

Safran Trusted 4D, Inc seeks a System & Network Administrator in West Henrietta, NY to support and maintain our enterprise IT infrastructure. You will manage Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, Azure, Entra ID, and 365 while collaborating with global IT and Cybersecurity teams on migration projects.

The role focuses on infrastructure, including network administration, virtualization, cloud services, and end-user support.

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
3–7 years of experience administering enterprise network and server infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of Cisco switching technologies, Palo Alto firewalls, Windows Server (2019/2022/2025), Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft 365 administration.

Responsibilities

Administer and support enterprise network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, VPN connectivity, routing, and network troubleshooting.
Manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and enterprise authentication services.
Administer Microsoft Azure services including Azure networking, virtual networks, security groups, identity services, and cloud resources.
Manage Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune/Endpoint Manager, and licensing.
Support VMware virtual infrastructure including virtual machines, storage, snapshots, and server maintenance.
Perform Tier 2 end-user support for escalated desktop, laptop, and application issues.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and enterprise applications.
Participate in infrastructure upgrades, security initiatives, disaster recovery planning, and future cloud migration projects.
Monitor system health, performance, backups, and infrastructure availability.
Document systems, procedures, and technical configurations following IT best practices.
Support conference room technology, printers, security badge systems, and other business-critical infrastructure as needed.
