You will guide architecture, ensure reliable and secure production systems, and partner with product managers and platform teams to align roadmaps and delivery plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software, cloud, platform, or security engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading engineers with hands-on guidance and reviews.
• Deep experience securing cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Proficiency with Python, Bash, Terraform, and cloud-native automation tools.
• Ability to translate security requirements into scalable engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an engineering team delivering cloud security controls as software products.
• Set technical direction across design, implementation, deployment, and production support.
• Provide hands-on leadership through architecture reviews, code reviews, and critical delivery work.
• Own reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of the team’s products in production.
• Partner with Digital Product Managers, platform teams, and engineering stakeholders to align roadmaps.
