Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Demand Generation Representative to lead top-of-funnel activity, researching accounts, sourcing contacts at scale, and partnering with Account Teams to uncover customer use cases.

You will help both new and existing AWS customers, collaborating across teams to qualify opportunities, drive outbound campaigns, and expand our cloud solutions footprint in the North America region.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales team to define next steps via demos, discovery, and qualification.
• Leverage product knowledge and internal resources to meet customer needs.
• Hit targets for contacts sourced, qualified leads, calls completed, meetings scheduled, and opportunities created.
• Drive new business via outbound campaigns and inbound qualified leads.
• Expand services breadth via account planning and territory management.
• Track activity and build pipeline in Salesforce using self-service reporting tools.
• Innovate engagement strategies to acquire and grow customers.
• Understand customer tech footprint and business objectives.
