Job summary

Epicor is seeking a Cloud Reliability Analyst to ensure the reliability and health of Public Cloud, Government Cloud, and enterprise cloud environments. You will monitor production systems, respond to alerts, troubleshoot issues, and perform scheduled operational tasks across a fixed four‑day, 10‑hour shift schedule including weekends.

The role requires 3+ years in cloud/infra operations, experience with Azure/AWS, AD, and SaaS/ERP environments, plus automation and independent work capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in cloud operations, infrastructure operations, application support, production support, or related technical field.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience administering or supporting Microsoft Azure, AWS, or comparable public cloud technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory or comparable identity and access management technologies.
• Experience supporting cloud-based SaaS applications, ERP applications, or other enterprise software environments.
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services, preferably Microsoft Azure; experience with AWS or comparable cloud technologies is relevant.
• Experience supporting containerized applications and cloud technologies such as AKS, Cosmos DB, or similar services.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze application logs, monitoring data, alerts, and system behavior to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Ability to automate or improve routine operational tasks using scripting, tooling, or established automation platforms.
• Ability to work independently during extended coverage periods while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production cloud environments, logs, system health, and operational alerts; investigate and resolve issues or escalate as needed.
• Execute scheduled production activities, maintenance tasks, deployments, and other operational procedures during coverage hours, including weekends.
• Respond to operational requests and incidents affecting Public Cloud, Government Cloud, and enterprise environments; ensure timely communication and resolution.
• Troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues across cloud-hosted services; coordinate with engineering, development, infrastructure, or security teams when escalation is required.
• Identify recurring issues; document findings and recommend operational or process improvements.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to implement automation that reduces manual effort and increases reliability.
• Maintain accurate operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles for repeatable production operations.
