Job summary

Epicor is seeking a Cloud Reliability Analyst to safeguard the reliability, availability, and health of Public Cloud, Government Cloud, and enterprise cloud environments from Minneapolis. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and execute scheduled operational activities with a fixed four-day, 10-hour schedule including weekends.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement automation, improve processes, and maintain runbooks and knowledge articles to support repeatable production

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in cloud operations, infrastructure operations, application support, production support, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience administering or supporting Microsoft Azure, AWS, or comparable clouds.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production cloud environments, logs, system health, and alerts; investigate and resolve issues or escalate as needed.
• Execute scheduled production activities, maintenance, deployments, and other approved tasks during coverage hours, including weekends.
• Respond to operational requests and incidents affecting cloud environments, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
• Troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues across cloud-hosted services, coordinating with engineering or security teams when needed.
• Identify recurring issues and document findings; recommend operational or process improvements.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to implement automation that increases reliability.
• Maintain accurate operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
