Qualifications
- Cloud engineering with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, Git-based development.
- Observability, monitoring, and incident troubleshooting experience.
- Automation of testing and deployments across multi-cloud environments.
- Production support of highly available applications with reliability focus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across apps and infra.
- Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provides full-time technical support to operations and business unit personnel.
- Performs system testing and documentation during changes and upgrades.
- Analyzes root causes and implements technical solutions for complex issues.
- Leads security center applications' design and implementation enhancements.
- Improves processes to increase productivity and reduce risk of system failure.
- Documents day-to-day operational procedures and guidelines.
