Job summary
NextEra Energy is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer in Florida to design, secure, and operate our enterprise integration ecosystem. You will own CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments across Salesforce, SAP, MuleSoft, Databricks, and AWS, and work with cross-functional teams including offshore delivery to ensure reliability and security.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent.
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or enterprise technology.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce and SAP.
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and enterprise integrations.
- Working knowledge of AWS, Databricks, data migration, and security.
- CI/CD, automation, release management, and scripting skills.
Responsibilities
- Drives automation and continuous improvement of software delivery processes.
- Maintains CI/CD services and build environments for developers.
- Leads automated deployment to test and production environments.
- Monitors health of systems with logs, dashboards, and alerts.
- Automates repetitive tasks and improves engineering practices.
- Establishes backup and disaster recovery mechanisms.
- Collaborates with onsite and offshore teams across functions.
