Job summary

JPMorganChase in Columbus, OH, seeks an experienced Product Manager in CCB to own end-to-end product delivery, guiding launches and customer value. You will work with engineering, SRE, and leadership to ensure scalable, reliable products that meet risk controls and regulatory requirements.

You will drive Agile ceremonies, partner with cross‑functional teams, and deliver measurable milestones while continuously improving delivery and product health metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering or managing product delivery or similar domains.
• Experience in operational management and change readiness activities.
• Strong understanding of delivery and continuous improvement processes.
• Experience with product/platform release management and deployment strategies.
• Familiarity with platform/framework teams and multi‑team delivery.
• Experience with Java microservices, GraphQL, and cloud platforms to drive delivery discussions.
• Experience partnering with SRE teams for production‑grade capabilities and incident feedback loops.
• Strong governance skills: planning, RAID, escalation, and status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependencies, release management, and reporting.
• Manages change management activities across partners and ensures risk/compliance requirements are met.
• Manages timelines, blockers, resourcing, and stakeholder liaison.
• Translates goals into program objectives and milestones aligned to roadmaps.
• Owns delivery governance and uses AI tooling to accelerate tracking and reporting while ensuring auditability.
• Leads Agile delivery using Scrum/Kanban and drives ceremonies to improve predictability.
• Partners with Engineering to validate requirements, integration paths, and non‑functional expectations across components.
• Collaborates with SRE/Production Management to ensure operational readiness and reliability criteria are met.
• Drives stakeholder alignment across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership across time zones.
• Maintains delivery rigor in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
