Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product delivery, program delivery, or a closely related domain.
• Strong understanding of delivery practices with a track record of improving delivery KPIs.
• Experience in product or platform-wide release management and deployment strategies.
• Effective communication and team-building skills to align stakeholders on priorities.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end intake and planning workflows including demand shaping and prioritization.
• Experience managing delivery risk with security/risk issue tracking and mitigation.
• Proficiency with agile tooling and backlog operations (e.g., Jira).
• Experience maintaining resource allocation data with accuracy and governance.
• Ability to analyze and visualize process data to produce actionable insights.
• Understanding of public cloud providers, with AWS required and Azure/GCP exposure.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end product delivery processes across CFS with measurable outcomes.
• Executes backlog planning and prioritization to translate demand into an actionable plan.
• Mitigates delivery risks by coordinating security and risk issue intake and resolution.
• Drives decision-making on delivery feasibility using resources and constraints.
• Reports product performance using dashboards and KPIs (delivery predictability, aging work, SLA adherence).
• Partners with CFS leaders to refine quarterly planning and capacity visualization.
• Automates process optimization via scripting and Copilot in VS Code to speed reporting and data quality.
• Manages CFS-wide resource allocation data with accuracy and auditability.
• Coordinates deadlines across customer feature requests and cybersecurity items.
• Coaches teams on effective delivery rituals, improving planning and execution maturity.
• Administers backlog management in Jira to improve hygiene and traceability.
