Job summary

Greenhouse is seeking an Engineering Manager for its Cloud Platform team. You will lead engineers responsible for AWS cloud foundations and our Kubernetes platform, ensuring scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-effective infrastructure for internal teams and customers.

You will set priorities across cloud infrastructure, reliability, security, and cost, partnering with Security and Platform leadership on roadmaps, incident response, and cross-team priorities while coaching a healthy,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cloud platform or infrastructure-focused roles.
• Proven track record leading engineers through scale in production with Kubernetes.
• Strong hands-on familiarity with AWS core services (compute, networking, IAM).
• Experience coaching or managing engineers with talent growth in mind.
• Experience with infrastructure as code and GitOps practices (Terraform, Helm).
• Clear communication aligning technical priorities with department and company goals.
