• 7+ years in platform engineering, cloud engineering, DevOps or similar.
• Hands-on Kubernetes and Amazon EKS in production operations.
• Broad engineering depth: Linux, containers, automation, and scripting.
• Experience with AWS Lambda/Step Functions and serverless models.
• IaC in Terraform; CI/CD with Jenkins or GitHub Actions; Python/Shell scripting.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate automation and scripting solutions for platforms.
• Debug Linux-level, container, and networking issues.
• Improve reliability with tooling, standards, and governance.
• Architect cluster and environment designs for scale.
• Manage Kubernetes/EKS upgrades and node/AMI lifecycles.
• Enforce platform security controls and observability.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for platforms.
• Collaborate with App Eng, Security Eng, Observability, and Architecture.
• Mentor engineers and raise platform engineering maturity.
