Job summary

You will conduct hands-on development and optimization of contact center solutions, leveraging advanced cloud technologies such as GKE, Cloud Run, and BigQuery to enhance customer service experiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in commercial software development.
• Proficient in Java and Python on cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable CCaaS and IVA solutions.

• Implement CCaaS solutions ensuring scalable and secure operations.
