Erias Ventures is seeking a Cloud Platform Engineer in a hybrid role based near San Antonio, TX. You will work on AWS-based infrastructure, Linux, and open-source integrations to deliver scalable cloud solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong Python or Go coding skills and a solid Linux foundation, with experience in IaC and modern cloud tooling. Expect collaboration with architects and autonomy to solve complex problems.

Qualifications

• Must have experience developing and deploying infrastructure in AWS.
• Kubernetes knowledge including cluster admin and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in Docker/Podman and Kubernetes automation tools.
• Solid Linux systems knowledge and shell scripting proficiency.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; hybrid work requirement.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement core architecture for software from prototype to production.
• Develop and deploy cloud infrastructure components and open-source integrations.
• Collaborate with Architects to meet broader strategic goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
