Job summary

Infosys Limited in Jersey City, NJ is hiring an Infrastructure Consultant 2 to drive cloud-based IT infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable architectures, automate deployments, and document best practices across banking, wealth management, and insurance domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; may consider 3 years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
• Experience with AWS and GCP cloud engineering essential.
• Knowledge of IaC and automation tooling is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve complex incidents and document preventive recommendations.
• Evaluate client IT infrastructure and support due diligence to document maturity and improvement opportunities.
• Design scalable, cost-effective infrastructure solutions and develop technical documentation.
• Align release schedules, deploy per protocols, and perform post-deployment testing.
• Coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and continuity plans across teams and vendors.
• Analyze performance data and support capacity planning to optimize systems.
