Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Infrastructure Project Lead 2 in the United States to drive cloud infrastructure initiatives for financial services clients. The role emphasizes designing scalable AWS/GCP solutions, dashboards with Grafana, and modern DevOps practices.

Job Description

In the assigned Job Role of Infrastructure Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency
• Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies and tools related to IT infrastructure
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
• Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective
• Lead scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates

Required Skill and Experience

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP.
• Implementation of cloud-based dashboards (e.g., Grafana) to provide real-time visibility into logs, metrics, and system health for proactive monitoring and issue resolution.
• Build and maintain cloud-native architectures using microservices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Must have experience with Object Oriented Programming Languages Like Java, Python etc
• Need experience with CI/ CD Pipeline Development experience
• DevOps Tools Experience

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Ability to analyze performance and optimize workloads for cost and efficiency
• Knowledge of setting up alerts, dashboards, and observability frameworks
• Understanding of cloud security practices (encryption, Key Vault, identity management)

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
