Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Consultant 3 to lead DevOps and cloud infrastructure efforts for financial services clients. You will design, implement, and optimize software delivery pipelines, infrastructure as code, and deployment architectures on AWS.

You will collaborate with architects and client teams to drive automation, accelerate delivery, and ensure secure, scalable deployments across data platforms and applications.

Qualifications

• Experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or platform engineering roles.
• Experience in Terraform enterprise module and Sentinel policy development.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services including EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC, IAM, ECS, EKS, RDS, and CloudWatch.
• Hands-on experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab for enterprise-scale application and data platform deployments.
• Hands-on experience with containerization using Docker and container orchestration using AWS ECS and EKS.
• Must have strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation for automated AWS infrastructure provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Create business requirement documents covering functional and non-functional requirements, basis information gathered as part of workshops and interviews with client stakeholders.
• Craft high- and low-level software designs, validate through prototypes, and incorporate feedback to optimize functionality.
• Develop critical and complex software applications and engage with the development team to establish coding standards and methodologies in sync with design and architectural specifications.
• Create and guide the execution of comprehensive testing strategies, in conformance with functional and non-functional requirements.
• Guide the technical implementation of system infrastructure, and introduction of new software applications, to ensure their efficient deployment and adherence to project schedules.
• Ensure consistent system rollouts by orchestrating transitions and minimizing operational disruptions.
