Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Infrastructure Consultant 2 in Irving, TX. You will partner with internal and client teams to resolve complex incidents, assess IT infrastructure, and design scalable infrastructure solutions.

The role emphasizes collaboration across onsite and offshore teams, with emphasis on documenting changes and improving deployment processes. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), IaC (Terraform), and CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, Harness), plus Python

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent is required, or three years progressive experience in lieu of education.
• Willingness to relocate and travel to work/project location.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve incidents and document preventive recommendations.
• Evaluate client IT infrastructure and support due-diligence to identify improvement opportunities.
