OpenLoop is seeking a Senior Cloud Platform Leader to own the multi-year cloud strategy and architecture, predominantly on AWS, for a modern telehealth platform across the U.S. You will hire and mentor cloud engineers, drive IaC, CI/CD, and ensure security by design in regulated environments.

You will collaborate with Product, Security, and Finance to align roadmaps, optimize costs, and deliver scalable, compliant services while enabling remote work from anywhere in the United States.

Formación

• 10+ years in infrastructure, cloud, or platform engineering.
• 4+ years leading engineering teams (managers of managers preferred).
• Hands-on AWS production workloads; GCP/Azure a plus.
• IaC with Terraform, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD.
• Experience in regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST, PCI).
• Strong communicator able to influence executives and engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Define multi-year cloud roadmap for OpenLoop's platform (AWS).
• Build and lead cloud and infra teams; set expectations and culture.
• Drive IaC, CI/CD, and self-service tooling for speed and safety.
• Embed HIPAA/SOC 2/HITRUST controls into platform.
• Set SLOs, monitoring, incident response, capacity planning.
• Oversee FinOps, cloud spend visibility and forecasting.
