Job summary

Evlo AI is seeking a Project Manager to drive cross-functional delivery across cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, and product teams. You will turn roadmaps into executable plans, coordinating engineers, security, DevOps, data, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure deployments.

The role emphasizes structured delivery, early risk surfacing, and post-release measurement to keep projects on scope from definition to launch and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery for infrastructure, platform, and product initiatives, from scoping and requirements through launch and retrospectives.
• Build and maintain project plans, milestones, dependency maps, RAID logs, and executive status reports using Jira, Confluence, and related tools
• Coordinate engineering, product, security, SRE, data, and go-to-market stakeholders to resolve blockers and maintain delivery velocity
• Translate technical requirements, architecture decisions, and release plans into clear workstreams, owners, and measurable deliverables
• Manage release readiness across QA, observability, security review, incident response, and production rollout processes
• Track project health using delivery metrics such as cycle time, milestone variance, risk exposure, and capacity utilization
• Facilitate planning meetings, technical reviews, retrospectives, and escalation paths while documenting decisions and follow-up actions
