Qualifications

Experience with monitoring tools and cloud-native monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

Monitor on-premises and cloud systems for alerts, outages, and performance issues.
Diagnose and resolve basic technical problems or escalate to senior technical teams.
Document incidents, resolutions, and follow-up actions accurately.
Provide first-level support to end-users via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
Perform routine system health checks and preventive maintenance tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve incident response processes.
Stay current on monitoring tools, cloud technologies, and best practices.
