Job summary

Dynascale Technologies is seeking a Network Operations Center Technician II to provide mid-level data center and cloud support. You will monitor infrastructure, troubleshoot alerts, and coordinate with engineering to support and install new systems.

The role requires solid IP networking, DNS, server administration (Windows and Linux), storage, and virtualization. Travel may be involved, and the team relies on accurate documentation and SOPs.

Qualifications

• 3 years of IP networking and DNS experience.
• 2+ years with Windows and Linux server administration.
• Experience with monitoring tools and data center operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data center infrastructure, respond to alerts and troubleshoot.
• Manage customer tickets and communicate issue status to clients.
• Provide hands-on support on customer systems as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering to support infrastructure and new installs.
• Complete scheduled NOC tasks to ensure proper operations.
• Create SOPs that meet company standards and train new staff.
